HyRATE system is a unique technology developed by Plibrico for gunning HyRATE products which are gunnable plastic refratories.
HyRATE made it possible to install faster by several folds compared to the conventional ramming installation method, and complex shape linings can be easily installed. Those linings , which are suited for plastic refractories in respect of the material characteristics but were unavoidably installed with castables due to installation inconvenience, can now be installed effectively with plastic refractories, thus substantially increasing the service life of the linings. |

PET system is a wet gunning installation boasted by Plibrico Japan, which is most conveniently and effectively applied in the company at present. It is used for various facilities thanks to construction of the denser and tougher linings than the dry gunning installation.
Wet gunning castables (PETGUN) prepared in thoroughly wet state are pneumatically transferred from gunning machine (NEED GUN) through material hose and mixed with quick setting agent pneumatically fed just before the gunning nozzle, to install. When the material is gunned from the nozzle and applied to the wall, it immediately retains its shape to construct lining, owing to the coagulation effect of the quick-setting agent. |
